this is a metaphorical way of looking at the problem that i am facing right now. lets imagine, there is a diamond. a king owns it and wants to sell it off. he had hired 7 of his men to identify the potential buyers. one whole year, the 7 of them brainstormed and came up with a lot of plans to eliminate the unwanted, cheapskate buyers. all this while, there was buyer A who was performing his best all year round. when the day came to sell the diamond, the king asked the 7 of them who was the best candidate. anonymously, they decided the best buyer would be A. after hearing their word for it, he asked his personal racist advisor. she had her own candidate C who was in the "same race " as hers. then, he went to his personal choice, it was J (who is very arrogant and controlling and fake and distrust worthy). when the time came to make the decision, he gave the diamond to C, the diamond holder for A and J. as civilised people J should have shared the diamond holder equally with A but he did not do that. he took control and bosses A around as though he is the master ad A is the servant. this dilemma is just not over yet. A is now thinking that why should he flow towards the words of J.
