the thing i hate about the school's administration is politics in it. why do they have to poke their nose into every single decision we (students) make. well, if a person deserves something, they should get it. its even worse when you make it look like that person got it and in the end change the results. its idiotic. we should be entitled to choose our leader. just because another person is more popular that the latter, it does not mean that person must have all the posts in the school. i seriously do not get it. what makes the administration think that they know 'popular' can handle 1000 things at once. have they done it before? i don't think so. again they are making two people unhappy here. the 'deserving' feels sad because he/she has worked hard for it since form 1. the 'popular' one feels unhappy because he/she knows there is somebody else more deserving. is this the message they want to send to the younger generation? be popular and you will be successful in life. this is the most absurd thing i have ever heard. how would they feel if they were to be given minister of education post , only to be taken away 5 days later? can't they think? they are such heartless creatures. i don't even want to call them humans anymore. i am so angry that i am signing off for now.

beautiful
what makes us beautiful? does a certain dress size make us beautiful? does the color of our skin make us beautiful? you wanna know what really makes us beautiful. well, the factors that distinguishes us from other people, that makes us unique and beautiful. a small laughter, can make us beautiful. more importantly the personality is the aspect that determines whether he/she is beautiful. cheerful, happy, confident, a go-getter, sweet, kind, honest, truthful, and loads more. the world today feeds us a false impression about being beautiful. it does not matter whether you are thin or fat, tall or short, dark or fair, that's all just skin deep. what matters is how good you are looking on the inside. that's what makes us beautiful.
PS: a note from me, why hide the real you when you can show everybody how beautiful you are,
it may turn out embarrassing but at least the world would know who you are on the inside.

its hard to say Bye Bye.........
they have been with me since my first week in my secondary school. they cheered me up whenever i was down. they are my seniors. i have known them since form 1. four years of unbreakable friendship.everyone has been so nice to me. i don't have any kind of blood relationship with any of them but i get the feel that they are part of my family. seriously. we have done so much together. i have countless memories of them with me but is it enough to last for the rest of my lifetime. i mean, after this year, i probably would not see them again especially those who will be flying overseas to further their studies. i am not joking. i will not be who i am today if it wasn't for them. they have helped me a lot in everything. i already thanked them for that but mere THANK YOU would not make up for those sacrifices they made. they duty with me. even during duty, they were friendly and not bossy. yesterday (21st august 2008) was the prefects' farewell. it was great but the thought of saying goodbye to them gave me chills. i enjoyed the night to the fullest. i played the cards, how i wanted to play them. i talked with everyone whom i would miss next year. to name a few. yun ying, malini, priya, winson, joel, kian hoe, shu shan, esther, ja she, khee young, mathew, shalini, padma, manjula, dianne, jia hong, amir, sara, alina and everyone. they were looking like pretty young Ladies and handsome gentlemen. they are all my friends. i will never forget them. i was the third last t leave the ballroom and when i was walking towards my room, i shouted, BYE _______(those of them who were there)(my seniors). i might be seeing them next week at school but yesterday, i got to experience the difficulties one goes through when saying BYE BYE to a loved one. they might be gone next year but they will always be with me till the end of time, right in the middle of my little heart. you guys are the great.

my favorite tv character.....
well, there is this character, London tipton played by Brenda song in THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK AND CODY. she is so stupid (in a good way). she is the doppelganger of innocence. she is never really clear about what is going on in her surroundings. she is snobby, rich, stupid, innocent, arrogant, adamant, bossy, all in one. she is not to say my favorite but she definitely puts a smile on my face every time, i look at her (in TV, of course). for me, one who makes me smile and laugh is my favorite. i would not say that she is my role model, though.

Shawn. hmmmm. let me think, if i remember properly i got to know him in standard 3 when i became a prefect. yeah. he is a good fellow who talks a lot and hits you with chalks , and bits of eraser. he taps your back as though he really wants to break your bones. but still, he is one of those friends you will remember for his loyalty and cheerful character. he is trustworthy. he really is a jolly good friend. the best to talk to when you are having problems.

well she is so cool. when i and her start doing the head thing we would go on and on and on. cool right. that's our way of ending a fight. it has turned out to be a habit nowadays. we love to fight just to get the opportunity to do the head thing. she is great. she comforts me, like a sister. one thing i can bet on, is that you will definitely smile when you talk to her. she is so funny. seriously. she is so cool. she is a good counsellor and advisor too. the kind that makes you laugh until you cry. she is just great.

well he is the best. i have known him for over 10 years and i have never doubted him for anything and will never. Two WORdS to DeScrIbE HIM, TrUe fRIend. well, he is. he never gets angry over trivial things.....wait a minute.... he never gets angry at all. he has been there for me whenever i needed help. every single time i fell, he was the one who caught me and saved me from breaking into a million pieces. (well, dolls can be fragile).. whenever i ask for help, there will be one person's hand up on air, yup, that is clement's. he sacrifices a lot for his friends. he really cares for them. he is not the HI, BYE type. he has put up with me for a decade, i hope he will put up with me for decades to come. he has been like a brother to me, helping me , supporting me in everything i do. no one will encourage you, the way he does. seriously, one person whom i will never fail to remember is clement.
